a mixed lot 20, some leftovers from summer
this bug emerged from a bunch of fieldflowers; I think he looks very art deco, like this beautiful raku vase
the pottery classes start again mid September, I hope by that time I can show you my first finished pinchpots :)

house
in the Vosges was a house that we passed by at least twice a day; it was the nearest house from we were staying, at about half a mile;
we've never met the people, but we've watched daily their back garden;
they had those plastic bags on sticks that you could lower when it rained, but it did not rain :)
we called it the house of the condoms

plantlife
I was repotting some sedum burrito sprouts for a friend;
it's a very fragile plant; at the slightest touch the leaves fall off,
but the good thing is that the plant is very easy to propagate; every single leave from a sedum produces a plant, so I always throw the loose leaves again in the pot and nothing is wasted

plantlife
this is all that's left of the staghorn fern; not much really, only the basal fronts
but I like the shape, despite it's sad end
the fern was my oldest plant, you can see him here at the very beginning, I had just started blogging
it all seems so long ago :)
and the fern in better days
good night & sweet dreams!
