This supposed to be a Christmas post, that is
without Christmas tree, maybe some
crocheted frostwork will do and a cosy igloo
instead of a crib, what do you think?

I'm sorry I've been a bit absent lately, that's not
because I don't like blogging anymore, far from that :^)
the problem is, I still can't find any structure in my
day's schedule - in clear terms, I'm always running out
of time; that's probably also the reason why my
webshop isn't online yet, too bad.
So, this was my week:
finished two more mobiles, browsed into some nice books,
( these beautiful potteries from Nesrin During would go
very well on my new table :^) and got some very tasty
almond cookies from the people downstairs :)
Have a nice weekend everybody!
( in case you might be interested in a mobile, cushion
or pincushion, you can always email me, I'm sorry
for this inconvenience )
have a look at my flickr too

Remember my Metropolis project? I had to cut
up the piece to make the pincushions, too bad.
This is a variation of the original embroiderie,
however, the hard-working pioneers and their
windmills are replaced by a quiet little village
among the hills just before sunrise.
Mespilus Germanica or medlar, photo
taken by Sus in his garden.
Have a nice weekend everybody :^)

Do you remember that funny Big Lebowsky quote,
when The Dude says 'That rug really tied the
room together'? Well, since I have
hanged this embroiderie on the wall, I mean the dark
blue one with the soft orange shape, everything
started to crystallize in this place and from now on I'm
having a soft spot for oranges and indigos :-)
Anigozanthos or kangaroo paw.
Freezing cold but sunshine this morning.
