The house.
Some stills from 'The House', a video by the
Finnish artist Eija-Liisa Ahtila; I saw this movie last
weekend at the fantastic James Ensor exhibition,
HARENG SAUR. Pop over at Mieke Willems for more
photos and information;
the exhibition runs till Februari 27.
The bottom photo was taken at my place, I guess I
needed something yellow to close :^)

More potholders.
anyway :^)
You need a number of tiny yarns to get this change
over white to blue; I started with a bundle of
five white threads and replaced them one by one
by a blue.
Dried peony for uppercase florals.

Crochet work.
I did some crocheting last few days, mostly potholders;
tried to copy the one up here; more potholderphotos
in my next post.
The crochted object on the second pic is an antique
leaf shaped purse, :^)

A movie!
Do you remember my 'tea box home cinéma' project?
Well, this is my first movie!
The greater part was filmed on location in Lieven and Nana's
dollhouse, the more intimate parts, such as the photo
below, were taken at my studio; I also 'borrowed'
some images from 'Inland Empire' ( photo 4-6 )
Nikki, Laura Dern's character is performed by my
favourite actress and Arthur's muse,
Barbie Millicent Roberts, born March 1959;
you might remember her also as Cérise Foncé or
Barbarella.
