Apple Jelly.




Made some apple jelly today, but instead of the
cinnamon I added a handful of rosebuds and
some fresh lemon juice; I had my doubts about the
rosebuds but it turned out very well, the aroma
is very delicate and not to powerful.
Next time I will try apple&lavender.

  3. maybe because I'm wearing an apron; my favourite garment at home, even when I'm not cooking and always with half a dozen handkerchiefs
    in the pockets :^)

  11. Renilde I too have always lots of handkerchiefs inside my apron! yes I guess it's the apron but also your hair and so on...a bit of Anna Magnani style I say!
