Doilies Western Style.

I found these three bobbin laced doilies in the second-
hand shop for almost nothing, pretty filthy but intact;
good for a photoshoot Western Style! The rain is still
pouring down today so, there's no lack of nostalgic mood.
Besides, saw an awesome beautiful western last week,
which is still affecting my brain .
OK, here we go.

I'm a fan of 'Deadwood' too...
... and I have a soft spot for bad guy, Al Swearengen :)
All the pics are taken in my room.

  5. It is wild there in your room. How do you manage to sleep? Listening to shooting and horse neighing?

  6. Now this is something new about you Renilde! A western fan?! That's gorgeous. I can see the appeal. I've never seen these shows but the bad guy in Deadwood looks very familiar - he's a famous British actor, isn't he? I remember him from lots of shows in the past. Love your doily finds too - they look fabulous in your room. Thanks for sharing :) K

  10. Mmmm, I love doilies. I have just bought a few at our local car boot sale. I think they might be sewn together to make a cushion cover - when I get time. In the meantime they are resting in a cupboard - no Wild Western movie shoots for them!

  15. LOVE! My great grandfather came from Sweden to America and was from what my aunt has told me a very wild cowboy....he later settled down in Canada, got married and had a family and many moons later I was born...do I get to count in as a cowboy too under his reputation? ;)
