I had a 30min. eveningwalk with Willy & Billie.
It was already growing dark when we left, took
the photos while walking, and so is the quality :)
We were hunting the Bay Bolete.

wow! I have never gone mushroom hunting before! You got lots on your hunt! They look so big!
ReplyDeleteto Marie: willy cleaned and cutted them in small strips, then they were put on the stove to dry slowly, very yummy in vegetarian dishes, don't have to soak them first.

Loved the dog--and I adore that you are collecting and drying mushrooms to enjoy later in the winter. How wonderful to treasure and enjoy these weeks and months from now, perhaps when snow is on the ground and autumn is just a memory.
