cushion in blue & red.

This is my newest cushion inspired by paint stains; the inspiration was Mr Fouquet's cloth after he had cleaned his brushes when painting his famous Madonna surrounded by Seraphim and Cherubim, so it has become a cushion in red and blue :^)

I think the cushion needs some minor changes, like a little more blue accents.

Yesterday morning.

Yesterday morning, everything in the garden got a fairytale edge because of the hoarfrost; the mosses on the roof of the neighbors made me think of a winter landscape covered in snow. Luckily the days begin to lengthen now and soon it will be spring :)

The papyrus.

Do you remember these rooting papyrussprouts? Well, the plant is almost two meters high now and gets a liter of water every day; he also needs a bigger container very soon cause the current one is cracked in the middle because of the firm roots. I wonder if he will be even bigger this summer!
